Each “Black” product includes a 5 year warranty and covers any manufacturers defects and/or any performance related issues that are a direct result of a manufacturers defect. We do not cover mis-installation or damage to the product as a result of improper installation or misuse. Each product is subject to evaluation of possible defects prior to acceptance of warranty related coverage. We reserve the right to refuse any product that does not meet the suited criteria for mfg related defects.
